Is it just me or does Next New York have a major Australian break out nearly every season? First Alexandra Agoston, then Catherine Mcneil, Abbey Lee, and now Myf Shepherd and Sarah Stephens. Makes you wonder who's next at Next?

Who's next? Irina and Kathleen

One Model Management is showing to be a very strong force in the industry this season. With the surprising break made by Aline last season, the small agency has shown that they can make a serious career. Irina and Kathleen are the two most promising faces from the agency right this minute, and Sonny is nothing short of a Polaroid Genius!

The Spring 2009 season is going to be incredible for One. Watch out!

It's still in the DNA...

DNA models has been the one of the 2 leading women's boards for the last couple of years. Exactly how influential is the agency? DNA has managed to break at least one new major star every season as well as the represent the strongest career models in the Industry. This agency knows how to make a model, not a fad. Doutzen, Raquel, Agnyess, Natalia V, Karolina, Karen and Linda are all part of the remarkable agency. DNA has recently added 3 new and very exciting faces to it's ever-so-exclusive women's board. Meet the three most likely to succeed.

Going All the Way

Way Model Management in Brazil is one of the best mother agencies in the world, rivaling Grace in Moscow, Ten in Sao Paolo and Mode in Canada. Way has discovered stars like Caroline Trentini, Cintia dicker, Alessandra Ambrosia, Viviane Orth, Claudia Seiler and is the mother agency of last weeks favorite Alice Langeani. Way is not about to slow down however, with an amazingly interesting crop of new faces on the horizon. Here are a few of my favorites;

A Supreme Suprise

Supreme's latest website update packed a punch. Supreme has 4 new exciting faces on their very selective board. All of them are new to me except Kasia, the Supreme/Vmagazine model search winner. Keep watch for these girl, with this addition so close to shows, you know that there is something up mr. Paul Rowland's sleeve.

IMG's Parisian Perfection

IMG Paris has been leading the industry in model development for quite some time now, and they show no signs of slowing down. The hundred or so new faces at IMG Paris are nothing short of amazing, below are my four favorites of the moment.
